I started january with getting sick. It was some kind of a cold, and I was completely drained of enegry. I was convinced I had corona, especially since alot of people in my city had tested positive for it, so I got myself tested to be sure and stayed in quarentine for a few days till I got the test results back. Luckily I didn’t have it and I was alot better a few days later after some rest.
After I got better, I started my calorie cut to finally get rid of the belly fat that I have wanted gone for so long. Before I started this cut, I had just been eating intuitively and with a common sense. This is because I had to be on a calorie maintenance level for a while (or maybe even in a slight surplus) before my body would be ready to remove that last bit of fat (since I had been cutting for almost a year). And lets just say: The muffin top is really, really annoying since it’s the last fat to go away. But by the end of february, I already saw some results, so it’s going the right way.
I’m also pushing 5 workout days a week now (up from four) + that I run with Fenrir on thursdays (and sometimes on weekends). I know I won’t be gaining alot of muscle right now, being in a colorie deficit and all, but my main goal is to not loose any mucle while I lose the fat.
I took my internship test the first week of february, and luckily passed after being very stressed the whole week. I’m so glad it’s over.
Other than that: It was snowing pretty insense for a few days, and the snow stayed for a while as well. Then at the end of february the rain came and it all melted away. But soon I think it will come back soon.
