Moving to germany, but leaving Cassie behind

The hardest part of leaving Norway, was leaving Cassie behind. It broke my heart, but at least I know she is happy and taken well care of. And soon we will be reunited!

It’s been a very. very challenging few months with alot of heartbreak and even loneliness. I have moved away from everything I know, and the only person I have in Germany is my husband. And I got my cat, Vira.

During december we traveled some. Saw the “Neuschwanstein Castle” in Soth Germany and “Swarovski Sistallwelten” in Austria. Both were incredible experiences.

In Janruary and February I have just been trying to get into new routines. I have also been working remotely from Germany untl the end of February. And now I will no longer be working as a UI designer going forward. That has been very emotional for me. I used all this time to get good at my job, and now I will no longer be doing it. I hope that maybe in the future I can learn german and become a UI designer once again.

I am going back to Norway on March 9th to complete the final part of the moving process. I will then bring Cassie with me to Germany.
