Vira the Feline Monarch

Vira is a fiercely independent and delightfully stubborn little cat, known for her unique charm and quirks. She sports a misshapen tail, a distinctive feature that only adds to her character, and boasts extra claws on her front paws, giving her an almost polydactyl-like advantage.

Her passions in life are simple yet intense: chicken and wires. The moment a plate of chicken is presented, she appears as if summoned by magic, ready to claim her share. Wires, on the other hand, are fascinating treasures that must be hunted, attacked, and occasionally stolen.

Vira adores the great outdoors and can spend hours exploring, but she has a strong opinion about the weather. Rain and snow are, in her mind, personal offenses — ones that she firmly believes I am responsible for. She will stare at me with accusing eyes whenever the weather doesn’t meet her approval, as if waiting for me to fix it.

When it comes to sleep, Vira has mastered the art of maximizing comfort. She is a cat of ever-changing habits, frequently discovering new and baffling places to nap, from inside boxes that seem too small to accommodate her to precariously balanced spots that defy all logic.

Affection is on her terms alone. She sometimes enjoys cuddling, but only when she initiates it — anything else is an insult to her dignity. Other cats, however, remain an unsolvable mystery to her. She finds them either suspicious or outright annoying, choosing to either stalk them from a distance or chase them off if they get too close. When another cat enters her territory she turns into Elvira the big dawg — a ravenous beast ready to end all lives in the general vicinity. Cassie, on the other hand, is acceptable company, even if she doesn’t always understand the nuances of feline etiquette.

But if there is one thing Vira truly despises, it’s car rides. The moment she realizes she’s being put into a carrier, she makes her displeasure known with an impressive vocal range. To her, nothing is worse than being taken away from home, her kingdom, where she reigns supreme.

She is, without a doubt, a cat with a strong personality, an iron will, and an endless ability to keep life interesting.
