Just a very simple meal I like to make when I don't know what else to eat.

Ingredients
100 g chicken
140 g carrots
140 g turnip
50 g lactose free sour cream – 18% fat
10 g chili paste (Sambal oelek)
1 tsp paprika spice
1 tsp cummin
1 tsp oregano
Some salt
Method
Mix sour cream, chili paste and some spices together (oregano, cummin and paprika spice – not salt if the chili paste is salty to begin with). Taste while you mix to find a taste thats right for you.
Boil hot water in a pot big enough to room the vegetables. Put a little bit of salt in the water.
Cut carrots and turnip.
Put the cut carrots in the boiling water and wait for 5 minutes. Then put the turnips in and continue boiling for another 10 minutes.
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Mix some spices with the chicken (cummin, salt and paprika spice). Cook the chicken on medium heat till the vegetables are done (or till the chicken is cooked all the way through).
Put the chicken on a plate, and pour the sauce over the chicken.
Add the cooked vegetables to the plate after removing the water.
