This weekend we finally got the chance to go back in time again, at Egge Vikingfestival. This year they had extra focus on making the best experience possible for children, but that didn’t mean that we grownup didn’t get t have fun as well! Cause we truly did have an amazing time with our very kind and open minded viking friends! There is just something about the atmosphere on these markeds that makes me truly relax, something that is really rare for me. Just sitting by a bonfire and talking with people can make hours pass so quickly.
The marked lasted from friday to sunday. Most vikings set up camp on thursday and stay till sunday evening, sleeping in their tents at night. But because of the cat back home, and the fact that this would be Fenrirs first viking marked, me and my husband chose to only sleep in a tent from saturday to sunday.
